mom finished up sun-washed yesterday.
batting will arrive tomorrow morning and i will get to work. mom and i discussed the quilting…i’m thinking cream thread stitched in a tighter medium meander and only quilting in the background and setting triangles. so the stars should pop out against the background after it has been washed.
today mom stayed home (tuesday is her day off), but she will probably finish off the Rufflestillskin, which uses the 5 inch square panel, a stripe, and yards of 1/2 inch ruffle…can’t wait to unveil that beauty! she also started the Goose, Goose, Star table topper which has a center Sun-washed star with flying geese flying around it.
