Instead I’ve decided to do a little bit of plotting…I’m still about 40ish flowers shy of being finished with my Miss Scarlet Flower Garden…I’ve vowed to have it done by Christmas. I’ve also vowed to not start a new project until this quilt was finished. –I do have others started and many more in the hopper…I’m not a one-project-at-a-time kind of gal, but the end is near and I want her finished.
she’s gorgeous! I used Miss Scarlet by Minick and Simpson for the flowers and bella ivory for the flower centers and the path. –I have progress pics over on our instagram feed…
…as I was saying…
I have lots of ideas for some new English Paper Piecing projects…most of these will be smaller…promise! more on that after Miss Scarlet has been finished, quilted, bound, and washed.
plus…we’ve been whipping up some Cross-stich and embroidery projects –I had forgotten how much I LOVE stitching!
a new favorite are these Lace Cabins…how unbelievably sweet are these? I’m thinking maybe next Christmas! 🙂
