mom just finished piecing Cottage Charm using Finnegan. Cottage Charm is a large quilt that is perfect in soft pastel prints. Finnegan is a glorious older sister to Bramble Cottage. Soft airy prints, pretty Easter-Egg colors and truly delightful prints. Once it is quilted and washed i’ll do a blog post featuring it.
…i know we are about 5 collections behind but hopefully we can kick out a few new projects in the next few weeks…just in time to do a new rearrange for Easter and dad to have rotator cuff surgery…so mom will be home with him…hopefully all caught up and ready to set to work on the new collections that will be arriving.
in between all the piecing and machine quilting we are doing a little painting and trading in our old fence panels for a couple barn doors…all in good time…we have until surgery day to get that done…only about 16 more days!
time to start wrapping things up for the day…a few new bundles have arrived…yummy 30’s! i’ll work on getting those listed and maybe even a post about them this week.
