good morning! hopefully you are having a wonderful weekend! it looks like it may be a *little* warmer…which will make gabby’s walks a lot more fun.
it is looking like Cottage Linen Closet will be arriving sometime in February…hot on the heels of Grace which arrived in late December…so we thought we ought to whip up our project featuring Grace.
We chose to make Sassafrass. We already have a civil war version that we’ve had hanging up in the shop for year…it was time to make it in pastels…(also, a quilter popped in last fall and had made it out of scrappy pastels and it was breathtaking!)
So mom set to work…the pretty prints and colors pop against the bleach white background. it looks so fresh…a perfect project for January weekends.

i’ll be back with more new projects…mom whipped up Lovely using the Hush Hush backgrounds…it is SO soft. Right now she’s working on a new version of a past pattern…be on the lookout for Sail (the name may change…we’ll see what happens).
