Tilda’s spring 2022 collection, Cotton Beach, is sure to have you thinking of summer days spent on the sandy shores of your local beach…the ocean if you are lucky!
Cotton Beach is packed full of ocean goodness…flowers, shells, coral…perfect for anyone that is landlocked and needs a dose of the ocean. we took trips to the ocean when i was young and i loved it! the salty air, the chilly water, the sand. it was glorious and this collection has those ocean vibes.
we wanted our project to showcase the various prints in this collection. we picked a classic non-traditional 9-patch, classic straight setting, and the lilac meadow basic for cornerstones.
we chose to quilt it with a clamshell design and white thread…i’m loving the secondary pattern with the cornerstone!
