good afternoon! i know…i know…i promised some autumn fabric friday…well…Mel and the kids popped in for lunch and pretty soon the day is over. Then i spent the evening and early morning finishing up my Star-a-Day. Yes…the top is officially finished…now just the quilting and binding and washing. anyways…more on that once it is all finished up. you can see the final quilt over on instagram and facebook.

now…on to the main attraction today…

Rustic Gatherings…designed by lisa bongean of primitive gatherings. the collection is full of fall spice and amber and is paired with steel, graphite, black dirt, charcoal, and the prettiest creamy cloud low volume prints.

look at those scrumptious low volume autumn prints! i love that micro oak leaf! best print ever!!

we have just 16 bolts of the collection…mostly cloud with a touch of grey, black, and orange.

you can see our precuts and bundles...here.

we are also getting ready for a VERY busy July. We’ll be working hard in the shoppe a we get it set for Quilt Minnesota 2023…lots of the new projects that we are trying to wrap up so we can have kits and patterns ready to go. i have so many ideas for new bundles…and there are only so many hours. Lots of new projects that we come up with…hopefully we can get to a couple of them by the end of the month.

we have fabric collections shipping throughout the month. Seneca by Max and Louise should ship on Monday, Cascade by 3 Sisters and Yesteryear Yuletide by Sheryl Johnson among other goodies.

Outside the shop…mom and i are heading to Wisconsin this coming weekend for a mini shop hop…hopefully we’ll come back with some fun ideas. Then every weekend until the shop hop we have family events…some baby sitting and Daizy sitting, a family reunion, and an anniversary party.

at least mom is nearly done (just needs a border) with our first Quilt Minnesota quilt. June has been a little crazy too…we always plan to have our QM projects done by July 1st and every year it ends up closer to midmonth that we get them wrapped up.

i think i’ve rambled on long enough.

keep in mind…

our storefront is closed on July 4th ONLY. normal hours the remainder of the week.

happy stitching!

ps…finally wrapping up my Lucy’s Sweet Sixteen…so we’ll have kits and patterns in store and available online within the next few days…just as soon as my new printer arrives…of course!
