this lovely washed out collection is definitely a fusion of cottage and farmhouse. soft and sweet tones of blue and pink pair with washed black, dark blue, and cream. This collection has the perfect ticking stripe…perfect for some border appliqué or a binding.
the palette, though not thought of as autumn, could definitely be autumn. if your decor runs a little softer, then pull out your pastel pumpkins and you are good to go!
i quilted the preprinted hexie and bound it into a tablerunner…it is so lovely. when i pulled out our pumpkins i found these blue poppy silk flowers and thought they looked lovely with the pink and cream pumpkins. we’ve kitted it here.
mom found the flowery pumpkin at Home Goods yesterday, and it looks just scrumptious with our Cottage Farmhouse Fusion collection and the Thistle House cross stitch.
