you read that right…our 2nd collection of 30s has arrived and we’ve been working to get the section in tip-top shape. we are still working on some new bundles of the the nursery rhyme prints and i still have a couple grandmother’s flower garden quilts to quilt up…but the fabric is set and our new Emma cupboard has been filled with bundles and books and Lori Holt bag panels…so plenty of goodies to sort through.
**a little background on the Emma cupboard**
dad saw a cupboard on the side of the road on his way home one morning and he asked mom if she was interested in it. honestly…we are ALWAYS somewhat interested in curbside finds. they went back to town and snapped it up. Emma had wrote her name on a shelf and it is probably my favorite part of the whole cupboard. plus it has pink trim and has multi-colored drawer fronts. isn’t she perfect!?

we made just enough room to add in the Storytime 30s bolts…so it is looking full and organized…for the moment!
you can check out all of our 30s…here… 30’s…Reproductions section is on the left.

look at all those luscious colors…and the sweet little nursery rhyme prints are just the cutest. perfect for baby quilts and mixing with the florals for a fun, vintage-y project.
anyways…i’m by myself today so i best get back to machine quilting.
happy friday!
