good evening! things are wrapping up here as we near the end of the day.

i thought i would take a moment to pop in and introduce a new project…

First Snow…features some washed-out grey/greige/cream stars and some sweet winter-inspired embroidery. I love a good snowfall. The crisp white snow, glistening flakes, and how the tree branches still show that grey-brown.

This project–inspired by the First Snow of the year–is perfect for ushering in winter. Some lovely stars and a little embroidered snowflake and snowman (head). I just love his cozy stocking hat! Measuring 40 x 40 inches…it is perfect for hanging over the staircase, behind the couch, or instead of that summer picture you have in the living room.

we’ve kitted it complete (pattern, thread, fabric for front, back, and binding)…it is available here.
