we couldn’t resist the Old Glory collection by Lella Boutique…we talked about it here. the collection included a preprinted 60 inch wide New York Beauty preprinted cheater (i prefer to call them a wholecloth quilt) and a 1 yard “Sweet Land of Liberty” panel. we haven’t quite decided what to make with the 1 yard panel…but knew we wanted to quilt up 2 yards of the new york beauty and make a quick parade/picnic table quilt.
we bound it with the coordinating stripe…which is the perfect amount of faded to look old and wonderful! AND…to make things extra easy for you…we’ve bundled the New York Beauty panel with a wide array of fun backings…you can find it here. just piece the backing…layer with batting…quilt…bind…wash…enjoy!
