good afternoon!
today i wanted to drop in and wish everyone a happy autumn! hopefully the days will start to cool…i know i’m looking forward to soup and hotdish and cool evening breezes and the sound of crisp leaves on the sidewalk.
i feel like we’ve been trying to catch-up since our 20 year party (this past June) then July led into the Shop Hop…then we brought home the longarm (tina has taken over the Longarm part…you can find more information here)…and in doing that we now have a lot of totes and baskets full of bags and baskets of–you guessed it–fabric. some of the fabric is ready to be put into kits…just need a background or to print off the pattern or locate the papers and some of the fabric needs to be sorted into scrap packs or cut down into fat quarters. so it looks like we’ll be bringing back some favorites.
we also have some new projects that we are working on…hopefully we can share those near the end of the week once we start finishing those up…tomorrow we’ll be introducing Grandma’s Featherbed featuring Eiderdown and Stonleigh.

The window…features Carrot Cake on the bed along with the Autumn Porch Pillow and Plum Trees in Autumn is behind the bed.
the new space in the civil war section. i love the circa: sharp cheddar with the bits of navy…perfect for fall and it complimented the dump truck we have on hand for the kids when they come for the day…
this week is another full week as i try very hard to get caught up on in-store collections before new collections arrive…so wish me luck! tomorrow…we’ll start with Evelyn’s Hope Chest…
also..tilda Sanctuary is on its way so we’ll have it for release day on october 1st.
