good afternoon! mom is on her way with Phoenix Too (if you like chinese we strongly suggest phoenix too in cold spring…YUMMO)…anyways.

thought i would take a moment before the weekend to drop in with a new collection.

Evenfall by Cassandra Connelly for Lewis & Irene…if Floral Song or Heart of Summer caught your eye…then you have an idea of the soft palette and sweet prints.

this new collection by ms connelly features a couple darker prints…which still work very well with her previous collection. the bit of dark, dusky purple and navy hint towards the darker, wintery months but still blend effortlessly with her earlier collections. all feature a luscious color palette and small to medium prints and together they create such a pretty color story.

our floral song and heart of summer are getting seriously low…however, we’ve added a new cottagecore bundle to the list that would use all 3 (evenfall, floral song, and heart of summer) collections. look for that in the new year.

i think i mentioned in my last post, that after christmas the trees come down right away and it will be followed with a rearrange…christmas will be compiled and moved and we are planning to redo the notions area, 30s reproductions will get a refresh, and the porch is getting a brand new display for winter/spring. we keep changing where we want to put different collections…then we look ahead at the orders and have to allow room for those to be added in as well. lots happening here at sweetwater in the new year…including Tilda’s Sunday Brunch collection will be shipping sometime in january for its February 1st release day.

anyways…mom is on the way so i better make some space to have lunch.
