happy easter weekend! we hope you are having a wonderful time and finding a moment or two to stitch between the egg hunts, easter basket prep, and gardening (which translates to yard work, but gardening sounds so much better this time of year!)
we are planning a day trip to Dawson to see mel, ty and the kids. the niblings are high energy, so the day is fun, but it is nice to settle in after we get home, pull out a gardening magazine or stitch down a little binding.
anyways…enough about the weekend! now that we have tina working alongside us…we are already seeing a quicker turn around on projects and their kits; we even had time to rekit a beauty from years ago. it helped the fabric was all cut, just needed a new binding print and an updated pattern.
i would like to (re)introduce…Angel Cake, a sweet confection, features half-square triangles, embroidery, and several yoyos. she has been kitted up with gorgeous florals and measures a mere 11 x 12 inches and could be finished and added to a mini wall, dropped into a frame, or using on a doll bed.

Angel Cake is kitted up and available…here. please keep in mind that this mini is 11 years old, so kit will not be identical, but it will be similar in color and overall feel.
coming next week…a LOW VOLUME Beachy (quilted, washed, dried, kitted, displayed), 2 new patterns/kits, and Vintage Linens Meadow Greens and Lavender Fields.
time get to pattern writing.
have a wonderful Easter weekend…i’ll be back next week!
happy stitching!
