if that sounds familiar…i always say it with a bit of singsong. it is line uttered by the conductor as bob, phil, judy, and betty arrive in Pine Tree, Vermont…”New England’s winter playground”. i’m sure you’ve seen the movie…it is one of my favorite Christmas movies.
inspired by the cozy Pine Tree Inn tina pulled lots of lovely low volume Christmas prints and paired them with greens. so a two-color quilt of sorts, but better! lots of cream, bits of green and a new take on the classic snowball block.
