we love a quick quilt. especially when the center is a preprinted design. our newest version of Cherry Chablis features the lovely Kaleidoscope (drunkard’s path) print from the Garden Tale collection by Jeanne Horton.
the collection features 2 different Kaleidoscope prints…we chose to stitch up the blue/cream print. however, we’ve kitted up the other and i’m calling it Rustic Americana.
the blue and cream is so cozy for these winter months and since the center is preprinted once you get started it is an easy project to stitch up and get to your longarmer. tina stitched it using the twizzle design…which i love!
this is the kit for the Rustic Americana version. (we won’t be stitching this one up…which gives us 1 more kit). i think this version would be lovely paired with primitive boxes, rusty stars, and maybe some vintage flag bunting.

**tina has been working on a few samples…a new Wildflowers and Ice Cream, Lovelier, Alice Took a Tumble, and a still unnamed project featuring Thimbleweed. look for these new projects before the end of the month.
**mom has a notebook filled with projects for the new collections that have been arriving…so new projects are on the horizon.
**Tilda Songbird has shipped!! it will be instore mid-week so if you know what you want, let me know and i can get it cut and set aside. official release is February 1st…so pop in on February 2nd to take a look.
**204 w james street update…ceiling and sheetrock should be done by the end of the month. 1st week of february plumber will be working on the bathroom and kitchenette. then electrical/lighting, taping, painting, and flooring. it is coming along. we are looking at late February/March for the move. we, of course, do not have a specific date, so right now fabric orders are still coming in at least once a week and online orders are still going out every day. we will keep you updated here and on facebook as to our move in days.
